Our Life-Saving Projects
Rehabilitation & Livelihood for Typhoon-Affected Indigenous Peoples
Typhoons have destroyed homes, farmlands, and traditional livelihoods of indigenous tribes, leaving them displaced and vulnerable. Our project focuses on rebuilding permanent shelters, restoring agricultural lands, and providing training for sustainable income sources like organic farming and handicraft production.
Project Impact
• 500+ families regained safe shelter
• 300+ individuals trained in livelihood skills
• 100+ hectares of farmland restored
• 80% of participants now have stable income
Health & Education for Tribal Children Devastated by Typhoons
Typhoon-affected tribal children face acute shortages of healthcare, clean water, and access to education. Many have lost family members or been displaced, disrupting their growth and future.
Our project provides mobile health clinics, immunization drives, school supplies, and temporary learning centers. We also train local community members as health workers to ensure long-term support.
Project Impact
• 1,200+ children received medical care
• 800+ students provided with school supplies
• 5 temporary learning centers established
• 95% of enrolled children attend classes regularly
The Dying Tribe - Cultural Preservation
Many indigenous tribes are at risk of losing their culture, language, and traditions due to displacement from typhoons. Disruption to communal life and migration to urban areas have eroded intergenerational knowledge transfer.
Our project supports cultural preservation through documentation of languages and traditions, community workshops, and intergenerational knowledge-sharing events. We also help tribes showcase their crafts and practices to generate sustainable income.
Project Impact
• 3 tribal languages documented and archived
• 5 cultural festivals revived with 500+ participants
• 200+ youth trained in traditional crafts
• Cultural products sold in 3 regional markets
